Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of tampaservicenetwork.com (the “Site”) and Tampa Service Network’s (“TSN,” “we,” “us”) services. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What Tampa Service Network is

Tampa Service Network is a referral and membership network for independent home-service contractors in the Tampa Bay area. TSN:

• Connects homeowners with independent contractors for estimates and services.
• Provides contractors with membership services, which may include a professional website, hosting, online booking and proposal tools, visibility, and lead management.

TSN does not perform home services, installations, or repairs itself. TSN is not a contractor, subcontractor, or employer of any contractor referred through the Site.

2. Homeowner terms

Referrals, not services

When you request an estimate, TSN refers your project details to one or more independent contractors. Any estimate, agreement, scheduling, payment, and work is solely between you and the contractor you choose.

No guarantees

TSN does not guarantee the quality, timeliness, pricing, licensing, insurance, or background of any referred contractor. You are responsible for evaluating any contractor before hiring — including verifying licenses, insurance, and references as appropriate for your project.

Estimates are free to request

Requesting an estimate through the Site is free and creates no obligation to hire any contractor.

3. Contractor membership terms

Application and approval

Contractor membership requires an application, TSN review, and approval. Applying does not create a membership or any right to membership. Approval is at TSN’s sole discretion. Paid membership begins only after approval and onboarding.

Month-to-month membership

Membership is billed monthly at the published plan rate (Starter $99, Professional $149, Premium $249) unless TSN provides written notice of a price change at least 30 days in advance.

No long-term contracts; cancellation

There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund Policy (/refund-policy/).

Independent-contractor relationship

Members are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of TSN. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, or joint-venture relationship.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site or membership services — including submitting false information, attempting to access other users’ accounts, or using TSN tools to spam or harass homeowners.

4. Communications consent

By submitting a form on the Site, you agree that TSN and the independent contractor(s) we refer you to may contact you by phone, text (SMS), or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy (/privacy-policy/) and SMS Consent Policy (/sms-consent-policy/).

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, any referral, or any work performed by an independent contractor. TSN’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to TSN in the 12 months before the claim (if any).

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
