Homeowners

Requesting an estimate through Tampa Service Network is free. TSN charges homeowners nothing, so there is nothing to refund. Payments for work performed are made directly to the independent contractor you hire, under that contractor’s own terms.

Contractor members

Membership is month-to-month with no long-term contract:

  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Monthly fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law.
  • If TSN terminates your membership for cause (e.g., violation of these Terms), the same no-partial-month-refund rule applies.
  • Approved applicants are never charged before onboarding; applying is free.
