  1. Lead Nature
    Leads generated through TSN are customer inquiries submitted through the website, forms, phone calls, or advertisements.

    2. No Exclusivity
    Unless otherwise stated, leads may be shared with multiple contractors.

    3. No Refund Guarantee
    TSN does not guarantee refunds for:
    – Unresponsive customers
    – Price shopping
    – Duplicate requests
    – Non-converted jobs

    4. Contractor Responsibility
    Contractors are responsible for:
    – Following up with leads
    – Verifying customer details
    – Quoting services independently

    5. Lead Quality
    TSN makes reasonable efforts to validate inquiries but cannot guarantee accuracy or project readiness.

    6. Abuse Prevention
    Contractors may not:
    – Resell leads
    – Harass customers
    – Use customer information outside service purposes

    7. Suspension
    TSN reserves the right to suspend contractor access for policy violations or abusive conduct.
