By joining the Tampa Service Network contractor network, contractors agree to the following terms:
1. Independent Contractor Status
Contractors are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or representatives of TSN.
2. Licensing & Insurance
Contractors agree to maintain all required:
– Licenses
– Insurance
– Certifications
– Permits
3. Lead Usage
Leads provided by TSN are intended solely for business communication regarding requested services.
4. Professional Conduct
Contractors agree to:
– Communicate professionally
– Provide accurate estimates
– Treat customers respectfully
– Comply with applicable laws
5. Payment & Fees
TSN may charge contractors referral fees, subscription fees, prepaid lead balances, or promotional fees depending on the contractor program.
6. No Guarantee of Leads
TSN does not guarantee:
– Lead volume
– Project conversion
– Revenue
– Customer response
7. Reputation Protection
Contractors may be removed from the platform for:
– Fraud
– Poor customer behavior
– Excessive complaints
– Misrepresentation
– Unlicensed activity
8. Indemnification
Contractors agree to hold TSN harmless from claims arising from contractor services or customer disputes.
